NCI PASSIVATE- 525

NCI PASSIVATE-525 is used in the final rinse after phosphate treatment. It eliminates from the pre treated metal surface and thereby increases corrosion resistance and paint adhesion. It counteracts the effects of hard water salts and acidifies the surface before painting. It thus reduces the risk of paint blistering under humid conditions. It also reduces the staining which can occur after derusting.
