NCI DERUSTO - 110

NCI DERUSTO 110 is based on inorganic acid , solvent and synthetic detergent. This removes rust and scale from mild steel and its alloys. They remove industrial soil, destroy and passivate rust stimulators, etc as they clean to provide minute teeth which bond paint well.

NCI DERUSTO 110 works excellently on all metals except Zinc, Cadmium and Magnesium.

NCI DERUSTO 110 is recommended for derusting prior to all dip phosphate processes. It also contains additive which counteract the excessive etching action to produce a uniform crystalline phosphate coating.
