NCI ACTIVATE - 127

NCI ACTIVATE – 127  is an activation/ surface conditioning compound based on titanium modified salts. One minute preprocessing in NCI ACTIVATE-127 bath prior to phosphate help in producing a smooth and fine crystalline zinc phosphate coating in phosphate bath. This also helps to reduce the process time in phosphate bath. NCI ACTIVATE-127 is used in spray as well as immersion phosphate process.

Since NCI ACTIVATE-127 help to produce microcrystalline coating in phosphate bath and to minimize the porosity of the coating, corrosion resistance of the coating is automatically improved.
